What is inside a printed book?
Every uploaded photo faces its matching colouring page. Printed books have at least 32 interior pages, including a personalised bookplate, drawing note and blank drawing pages.
How many photos can I add?
Add 1–25 photos. A5 and A4 book prices stay the same whichever photo count you choose.

Can I see a sample before paying?
Yes. Exactly one preview-resolution sample is created from the first photo. Complete pages remain locked until WooCommerce confirms payment.
Do you generate the complete book before payment?
No. The complete colouring-page proof, print files and fulfilment work cannot start before confirmed payment.
Can I use photos of children or pets?
Yes, provided you have permission to use the photos. Clear, well-lit subjects usually produce the strongest colouring pages.

How does the permanent 3-for-2 offer work?
Buy any three A5 or A4 printed books in one basket and the lowest-priced eligible book in each set of three is free. Mix copies or different personalised projects. PDFs, delivery and coupon codes are excluded.
Is delivery included in the book price?
No. Printed-book prices and UK delivery are shown separately, with the selected service and final total confirmed at checkout.

How long do I have to review the proof?
You have 72 hours from complete proof release. Reminders are sent at 24 and 66 hours. If no revision or proof guarantee request is open, the proof automatically approves at the deadline.
When does printing start?
Only after explicit approval or eligible automatic approval. An open revision, guarantee, payment or technical exception blocks print.

Can I request changes?
One book-wide revision round is included before approval and print. Select all affected pages and submit the requests together.
What if an acceptable proof cannot be produced?
Open a guarantee request before approval or print. Production pauses while support reviews the project. If an acceptable proof cannot be produced from suitable photos, the order can be cancelled and refunded through WooCommerce.

Standard and Express delivery

Do you offer Standard and Express delivery?
Yes. Available UK services are shown at checkout. Your chosen tier is frozen on the order and passed through to print fulfilment; Express is never silently downgraded.
When does the delivery estimate begin?
Delivery estimates begin after proof approval because the book cannot enter printing before then.

Privacy, AI and children’s photos

How is AI used?
Specialist image-processing services help transform the photos into line art. One photo is processed for the private sample before checkout; remaining pages are processed only after confirmed payment. Photos and private proof links are never sent to analytics.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are kept in private, non-public storage. This browser keeps only a secret Media Library access key in necessary device storage so uploads can be reused for 30 days after the latest activity. Unpaid projects become eligible for automatic deletion after 30 days; paid physical working media becomes eligible 90 days after dispatch and digital working media 90 days after release. Active support, disputes or legal obligations may extend this. Read our photo retention policy.

The digital option is supplied for personal, non-commercial use by you and the intended recipient. It is not licensed for resale or commercial distribution.

What if a printed book arrives damaged?
Contact support with the order number and photographs of the packaging and damage. Printing defects and transit damage are handled separately from proof approval.
Can a personalised order be refunded before print?
If the proof guarantee cannot be resolved before approval or print handoff, the complete WooCommerce order can be cancelled and refunded. Your separate rights for faulty, damaged or missing products are unaffected.
