From order to arrival

How delivery works

The total delivery estimate includes the private proof stage; printing starts only after the complete proof is approved.

  1. Choose at checkoutAvailable Standard and Express UK services, prices and working-day ranges are shown with the final order total.
  2. Approve the complete proofPrinting cannot begin while the proof, a revision, a guarantee request or a payment exception is open.
  3. Keep the paid serviceThe chosen tier is frozen on the order and mapped to a qualifying traceable print-provider service. Express cannot fall back to a slower option.
  4. Track the shipmentWhen the provider dispatches the book, customer-safe tracking and the latest arrival estimate are shown without exposing provider codes or costs.

Delivery questions

If your question is not answered here, email hello@mycolouringpad.com.

Does the estimate start when I order?

Yes. The total working-day delivery estimate is measured from order and includes the proof stage; printing begins after proof approval.

What happens if Express is unavailable?

The order is paused rather than downgraded. Support will contact you to agree a delivery downgrade with the surcharge refunded, or cancellation before print.

What if my book is damaged or missing?

Email support with the order number. For damage, include photographs of the packaging and book so the issue can be resolved quickly.
