Good to know before you personalise
What photos work best?
Choose clear, well-lit photos of people, pets or favourite places. Avoid very dark, blurry or heavily filtered images. Make sure you have permission to use each photo and include everyone shown, including children.
Can I see a sample before I pay?
Yes. After you upload your photos and confirm permission, you can see one private sample colouring page before checkout. The rest of your colouring pages and your complete private proof are created after payment is confirmed.
How do I review my book?
We email your private proof link when the complete proof is ready. You have 72 hours from proof release to check it, approve sooner or request changes. 1 book-wide revision round is included before approval; submit all page requests together. If no revision or proof guarantee request is open, an eligible proof automatically approves at the deadline. Printing begins after approval.
Are my photos private?
Your photos are kept in private, non-public storage and used to make your book. Unpaid drafts become eligible for deletion after 30 days. Paid working photos and production files become eligible 90 days after dispatch, or 90 days after PDF release. Active support, disputes or legal obligations may extend this. Your photos are not used to train AI models.
What if something needs correcting?
Use your included revision before approving the proof. If we cannot produce an acceptable proof from suitable photos, contact us before approval or print handoff so we can review it under our proof guarantee. For a damaged book or print problem, contact support with your order number and photos of the issue.
How does 3 for 2 work?
Buy any three printed books in one basket and the lowest-priced eligible book in each set of three is free. A5 and A4 printed books qualify; PDFs and delivery do not. Coupon codes cannot be combined when the offer applies. Mix copies of one design or create different personalised books.
